Mastercard chargeback fee calculation

 
We have recently identified an error in the Mastercard chargeback fee calculation. The error has been corrected and the calculation methodology validated with Mastercard. Beginning in October 2018, your Mastercard chargeback fees may vary from those sent out on previous fee reports.

Worldpay continues to work with the card brands to ensure we have the answers our merchants need in order to properly implement Credential on File. We’ve obtained additional technical details related to CoF requirements and have updated our comprehensive resource document.

Visa Claims Resolution (VCR) time-based dispute response and acceptance fees take effect starting October 1, 2018.

Please note: If you choose to file for arbitration for your dispute and the network rules in the issuers favor, a network fee of $500 may be assessed to your account.
