New look for statements

Following the announcement earlier this year that Vantiv and Worldpay joined forces to become a global omni-commerce payments leader, we recently announced the transition of our name and logo from Vantiv to Worldpay. You’ll see this change reflected on your statement and other changes associated with the full transition to Worldpay through early 2019.

Please note the new name in the remit to section. We look forward to an exciting future together.

Mastercard to make the signature panel on cards optional

Mastercard announced that it will revise its global standards to allow issuers to choose whether to include the signature panel on the back of all Mastercard and Maestro cards. Advanced forms of authentication and a decline in the relevance of signatures as a verification method led to this change.

Update: Visa Auth for Refund

Visa has officially approved an extension until April 12, 2019 for all Worldpay merchants due to unexpected declines when the code was first introduced in production.
