It is an easy-to-understand site that’s mobile-optimized for convenient access from any device. Give your entire team access to the resources they need to help them be successful.

The Banker Resource Kit
The Banker Resource Kit provides team members with easy-to-use reference materials to help make referring easy. The kit is distributed via branch huddles throughout the year and includes items including: a quick reference guide, calendar with referral tips, mouse pad with conversation starters, and a merchant solutions tri-fold brochure. Please contact your Account Executive or Partnership Manager to have kits sent to your bank.
Banker education and training

Our Bank Referral Training Program is designed to empower branch team members to turn every merchant interaction into an opportunity to uncover and meet the merchant’s payment processing needs. This 3-part e-Learning training curriculum will also help:

  • Increase branch participation in making referrals
  • Promote a continuous learning culture
  • Optimize your program results

Marketing Assessment tool

Our Marketing Assessment tool is a quick 10-question survey that delivers a customized report with helpful links and resources. Based on the assessment, you and your Principal Partnership Manager will create a Marketing Action Plan.
