The Terms and Conditions document governing your relationship with us is the version in effect at the time you signed the Merchant Processing Agreement or in effect at the time you sign any amendment to the Merchant Processing Agreement if such amendment states that your Terms and Conditions are superseded by updated terms and conditions.
